The carrozza, also referred to as mozzarella in Carrozza (Italian: mozzarella in Carrozza, English: “mozzarella in a carriage”), is a type of fried cheese sandwich in Italian cuisine and Southern Italian cuisine.

The most important thing about whether your event is public or private is to contact your local health and fire departments. If the truck you have booked is not permitted in the town of the event they may be required to obtain a temporary health and fire permit. In addition, the health and fire departments may wish to inspect the trucks prior to the event. Every town is different so make sure you find out what is required well in advance.

We usually open at 9:00 a.m and closes at 6:00 p.m so make sure to drop by before we pack our things out!

We serve the original Italian Mozzarella in Carrozza in 4 different flavors: “Mozzarella in Carrozza” with Ham, “Mozzarella in Carrozza” with Anchovy, “Mozzarella in Carrozza” with Basil-Pesto and Eggplant, and “Mozzarella in Carrozza” with Tomato Sauce.

Yes, depending on the location, we have tables and chairs where you, your family, or a group of friends can hang out during an event.

As of now, we don’t have a delivery system at The Cheese Cab, but we are planning on scaling our business so keep tuned in!

As much as we would love to all of the event opportunities that come our way, we just don’t have enough hours in the day to accommodate all of the requests. However, we offer the opportunity to submit your event to us online so that we can evaluate if it fits our schedule.
